Well worth the $19
Seriously? $9.50? I don't want to be in the movie, I just want to watch it.
We saw Get Smart and it was quite good. Very fun and funny and holy crap, Anne Hathaway is hot. So, hot in fact, that during the Entrapment like bending over the lasers scene, even my 125% Hetero-girlfriend leaned over and said, "Wow, that was kind of hot". And it was.
Like I said, it was good for other reasons as well, but I'm not sure why you would need others. I mean, quiet, fun and not icky, fake blonde. What's not to like?
Steve Carrell is basically Michael Scott, but Smarter (pardon the pun) and not trying to make every one like him. Even The Rock puts in a good performance. It's good, clean, Mormon Friendly PG-13 fun.

Well lucky me, I have "connections" and get into the movies for $6 and I too, saw this movie this weekend (by MYSELF). Gasp! That's never happened before and I hope it doesn't happen again.
I got some good laughs but it's definitely kinda corny to me. I think a couple of drinks going in would make it an awesome movie.
I seriously did laugh many times so I guess I did enjoy it.
On a side note, the lady sitting next to me was laughing so hard, I honestly thought she might wet her pants on several occassions. I mean I laughed a few times but not that hard. Her husband was not the least bit amused with the movie and I'm guessing he realized he needs to get his wife out more often.
aww, I loved it! It's a keeper. I need to pay with my "student" id next time so it will be cheaper. Normally, that might not be completely honest, BUT 9.50 for a movie in TALLAHASSEE- Please! Maybe Miami or New York, but not Tally-ho. :)
