NMT 77

Oh God, I really, really hate that friggin' Grey's Anatomy bullshit show. Bad acting, terrible story lines (sex with her dead husband's ghost? Really?) and just all around badness. Where did this come from? Let's get into it and I'll show you.

Our pick this week was noticed while I was purchasing the new U2 album on Amazon MP3 ($3.99 and it's very good especilly the first song. You should check it out.). So, I looked it up and I really liked the song. But then...while listening to the really nice version she did for a radio station I noticed on the sidebar it was used in an episode of that God awful show! That part where the broad is doing whining to some dude stuck in a crashed ambulance or whatever. Bastards. Seriously. How many I-love-you-but-she'll-love-you-more songs can one show use? I hate you. So I'm not using that song, just cause. We've done that enough. And Derrick is all wrong for her anyway.

So, we'll just pick a song about her ex-girlfriend. It doesn't directly infer that, I read it when I was looking up some information. I like this girl, she's got a nice voice and good songs...ok, fine, doesn't hurt that's she's a cute brunette. But I listed those other things first.

From Melbourne, Victoria, Australia:

Missy Higgins - "Secret":

Bonus Tracks:

Ok, seriously, check out this song.

Since the new album came out today, I thought we'd revisit one of the moments from the movie everyone remembers. The angry Irishman "fuck the revolution" speech in the middle of this. Great arrangement too.

I haven't seen the movie yet either, actually. 2 readers sounds just as distinctive, right?

And don't listen to Richard, he's just dead inside. Which doesn't make any sense, because I'M dead inside and I love that show.

Good songs, though!

I love Grey's, too. Thank goodness for DVR because I forget about it half the time but my DVR doesn't.

Um, make that 3 - I've never seen the movie either.
