Need another set of pedals
You know why this happened? He didn't have his girlfriend in the car with him.
Without her sitting there to point out the wall he was approaching at about 150 MPH, there's no way he saw it. In fact, if she'd been in the car, she could have warned him about the car in front of him slowing down, causing him to swerve and hit the car beside him and thus slide into the wall.
Racing would be so much safer if they installed an extra seat for your wife/girlfriend to ride next to you and point out the dangers ahead.

I'm sensing a bit of sarcasm here...I'll admit, I'm guilty of driving from the passenger seat (sometimes...not all the times).
Well you sure are lucky your girlfriend doesn't do that because that could get annoying. Although, it is a nice feeling that someone cares enough to not want you to be hurt or dead :)I'm just sayn'

at the very least, they could install said extra seat for wife/girlfriend so that in cases of horrific fiery crash, the chances of her surviving to say "i f*cking told you the wall was right f*cking there but you don't ever listen to me, do you?" are slim to none. perchance you'll be the one to bite it instead of her, either way, it's a win-win.
