Our pick this week was found on the IFC channel, I think. Flipping through the Direct TV and I came across the Live at Abby Road show. They have a couple of bands play in Abby Road studios (where the Beatles and just about everyone else recorded). These guys closed the show and I liked it. Kind of fun, kind of jaunty. I've heard the name before, but failed to check them out (read: lazy). It happens, but like last week, I'll be looking in to them more in the future. I actually had many good things to choose from, but figured I'd start with this since it was the first song I saw them perform on the show.

wow, I love the Fratellis. They sound like such a great bad to see at a bar, drink in hand (& several consumed), toe tapping just fun music.

Ps- thanks for posting some Ryan Adams. I keep hearing his name but kept confusing him with Bryan Adams, silly me. Like Ryan's tunes!
oh. he's not as cute as i thought he'd be. sort of in that nerdy alterna-boy sort of way, i guess. i've always had a hard on for the scruff and unwashed look, but not so much with the prep.
funny, the spouse and i were just talking about that song but could not for the life of us remember whose it was. i wanted to swear my life that it was jim croce even though i knew i was wrong...
