"So....I'm on my way to a basketball w/my friend Lori Sat. night. We go pick up another girl and she has on these mega cute shoes and she says "they are Coach & Dillards is having a mega shoe sale and they are only $100". We all look at one another and decide we can still hit the mall and make it to the game on time. Next thing you know it's like a scene out of Sex & the City (3 women, dressed to kill, walk in with their designer bags and look like they are on a mission, that mission...Operation Shoes). We get to the shoe dept and it looks like a tornado has been through there, shoes everywhere, salesman running ragged. We look around for assistance and like out of nowhere this dude showed up (who I'm sure was assisting some snobby bitch who had 100 shoes she wanted to try on but one look at us and this dude knew he was gonna make a serious commission in no time), comes right over and is back in no time with our shoes. We try on all kinds of stuff, 2 of us walk out with the same shoes as the girl who showed them to us and then we each pick up another pair, too. Total bill for me $176! ouch! That is the MOST I've ever paid for 2 pairs of shoes. one of them is Coach though (so that makes it alright, right?) - I checked out the original price $150 - KG paid $90!! My other shoes that I bought, Cole Haan, original price $190, KG paid $65!!! What, what?!?!?!
Just thought I'd share my insane moment but yet I love them so it's worth it, right? Besides, you know me and shoes! This makes pairs 75 & 76!!!"
